Baskets a brewing...

Well, I've been mailing stuff like a wild woman. Thanks for the trades, the cash and relieving me of this dusty ol yarn!

Back to work as well...Shuttle has landed, so worklife resumes.

I've been felled with the lace bug again...Flower Basket!

A Closer inspection...

I only got this far last night...mmm.

Mean Green has the sleeves blocked...the shoulders seamed. I need to sew in the sleeves, the sides and wait for my buttons.

I've completed the back of Pixie's bday sweater. I forgot to take a pic...but this Phildar yarn is DIVINE. So nice. Very Purple.

Now, I was on the phone with my sis...Kelly when I saw this on the road.

Crap in a can! Someone thought that was clever?

Updated: that is a ginormous pair of golden testicles hanging from that SUV...sorry about the quality of the pic...but EWWWWWWWWWWW! WTF??!

I can't see clever what was in the photo!
But anyway, I felt relieved and happy that Discovery was back on Earth safe and sound.
It seems you've been very productive! *sigh* I wish I could be like you ... LOL!

I saw the landing on tv, and thought of you. Nice start on the shawl. I am trying to think of what I can do with my purple yarn.

I can't tell what that is either, but I did see something similar a few weeks ago. I had the *pleasure* of enjoying rush hour traffic with a man who had large red plastic testicles hanging from the trailer hitch of his pickup truck. He drove like he had large red plastic testicles in his pants, too, or maybe he had just spilled a cup of hot coffee in his lap and was desperately trying to get to the ER. I was curious, and when I had the opportunity, I did notice he was not wearing a wedding ring. So the question became, who in the world would date such a man?

Hun ~ I live in South Florida we have bull balls everywhere (on cars) also boat propellers. Now I am pretty sure that is not going to help one dam bit. I was at a truck center getting DH a gift and saw the bullballs hanging for sale. I said to the dud working there. "Please tell me ~ "what the F"? He said let me tell you we cannot keep those things in stock. I threw up in my mouth............................. horrible idea on someones part.

Ok, 1) I don't know how I missed that you worked for NASA. That's really cool!; 2) Seriously, WTF. Who puts balls on their car??!!

Yuck! If my husband saw that, he would most probably say that's someone who has a small *something* himself! (Don't want to mess up the Google search of your blog!) LOL!

I thought of you as I listened to the Discovery landing on the radio on the way to work. What do you do for NASA? (As much as you can tell us on a blog, anyways!)

I've seen those. There was a story about them online a couple of years ago. Whatever. Love the flower basket. I've thought about making it just so that I get to knit lace but alas can think of no one to make one for :( Enjoy! It's a very pretty knit. Can't wait to see Mean.

YIKES. Maybe they're supposed to be boxing gloves? Gawd, I hope so.

A honkin' big box went out to you. Insured, priorit-AY so you should get it quickly. Woot!

Yeah now I understand what you mean. lol
I want your button. Could you please see if you can make it appear? All I see is a little box with a red x in it.

Ewwww! is right. What do some people think? Obviously not that you might have your young impressionable child with you. Weirdos.

FBS! You are such a lace head ;) I know it will be great, and I can't wait to see it.

I am seriously missing my H! This week has been a whirlwind--did you get my email?

Hope we can talk soon!

FBS will go fast, trust me :). Finally getting caught up on my blog reading..testicles? WTF, indeed!

What the fudge is that hanging from the car? If it's nuts, then I don't need to see it. Luckily in my small world call Omaha, NE, I haven't seen that on anyone's car as of yet. I'm sure it'll catch on here soon, especially with those with small ones. Looking forward to seeing the FBS!

gee...I really wish I could have seen those testicles in person. That would have made my day!

I love FBS. You are a totally hooked lace mama!!
