Divine!
How to wear...
I'm not too happy about her points blocking the way they did.
I'm sure if I hadn't skivved off 2 rows at the end, they'd be a lot better.
Eh, C'est la Vie!
In case you were wondering...what I plan to do with Kiri...well stay tuned!

My second pair of socks!
Completed: July 2005
Yarn: Tess Designer Yarn's Supersock (100% Merino)
Color: Vibrant blues, yellows and greens
Needle: US 1 (Addi Natura Bamboo DPN)
Pattern: Interweave Knits Fall 2004 Retro Rib Socks
Size:Tweaked a little for my small feet (Size 5 1/2 - 6)
So happy to have these done. Don't get me wrong, I love socks...I just like simple socks, I'm not so much on the pattern down the top of the foot.
New Project
--------------
I mentioned many times how I need to knit something for Hannah, my niece who turns 1 year old this month.
It's going to be a push...but I am going to attempt to get this little sweater done in record time.
From the Tadpoles and Tiddlers Rowan book
Yarn: Knitpicks Merino Style in Petal

These few rows are brought to you today in part by the letter I for Insomnia.

Whew! After all that work... I need some of this.

Kiri looks gorgeous! I still haven't picked up my Charlotte's Web for another go at it, so I have huge respect for anyone who can make it through a lace shawl. And two FO's in one post puts me to shame. My broadripples are a similar color as your socks, only without the yellow. I keep finding myself drawn to those colors when I am buying hand dyed yarn.
I guess we'll be seeing the cardi a lot for the next month as you try to make it on time. I really love it. I was so sad when I finally got my hands on some of the Rowan books for little kids and they have such cute cardis but my daughter is too big for them.
