My mom got the ribbon yarn as well and we tried to wind up one hand - not.fun.
I will be at Stitches East... may I have the honor to hang with you Maryland gals?? You were a blast to meet in person, only wish I had more time with you all!

Wow, that ribbon yarn is HOT. Can't wait to see that tank. (remember what FAS Kathy says about winding ribbon yarns on a cardboard flat? It would be much easier than the swift!) Gosh, do you know how bad I wanted to be there for the breakfast and all of the day happenings? I am so glad however, that I was able to meet my girls at the gates and hang out for the evening.

So, Thursday night knit nites resume? I am so excited I might pee my pants! hahaha :)

yeah!!! I've been checking since saturday DYING to see pics!! You know I was thinking about all the fun you guys were having all weekend! Glad it was happy time and the weather held!

I've been checking back for pics as well, thanks for letting us see the fun we missed! So many bloggers, it must have been overwhelming. I hope to have as good a time in Rhinebeck...

Hey Babe - It was so awesome meeting the MD Girls. I had a total blast and we must do more together. I'm not THAT far away! In fact, I'm sitting here doing some fierce planning and calculations to make Stitches a reality. I'll keep you posted.

It's great to see everyone's pictures and memories of S&W - sounds like a fabulous time was had by all!

I wish we had had more time to chat! But since we ARE neighbors and all, now I have even MORE reason to make to one of y'alls knit-togethers. :)

I am so jealous of all the folks who walked away with some of that micro - ribbon... it looked like it would knit up SO beautifully, can't wait to see pics.

P.S. I got some luscious pink ribbon from Tess as well. I'm going to wind it on a ribbon bobbin (the kind they use for curling ribbon) to hopefully keep it under control.

I love that you had the Yarn Hoarlot take a photo with yo' monkey. You are insane, and I mean that in a good way because as you know, I, too, was carrying around a stuffed item.
Anyway, I had such a great time talking with you. You are welcome down south (Georgia, that is...not in my pants) anytime.

How fun was this weekend!?!?! And I so bought the same shawl kit, so you and me and Ei can be triplets. Along with the gazillion others that probably bought it. Hee.
