Oh, Crap in a Can...
Yes indeedy do...She's baaaack.
Crawled out from under the bed on Sunday...we negotiated a truce. Calmer promises to behave...and I promise to finish.
We have two sleeves, a completed front and now this...

I found where I left off...and steadily she grows.
I am working three projects right now. You see Audrey, One is stalled due to my pattern mis-interpretations which are steadily causing me to go cross-eyed, the other is a quicky gift for a new baby...
I also made an ebay purchase...3 skeins of this...

Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock in Pale Pink
What is this for? The IK Summer Baby Sockies.
Why do I need 3 skeins of it? Well, I also thought a matching hat would be "cute as a button" for the new arrival. My Co-worker had a baby...and this will be my first foray into socks. Thought I'd start small dontcha know.
Any suggestions on which of the sockie styles I should choose? Remember these are my first ever sockies.
So that takes care of two skeins...the other is to be fed to my stash as an offering to tide it over until MD S&W. I am a little nervous for my sister to see my stash...so I got a bag for her to take some of it with her...but then I was torn to think of parting with any of it. Sick!
I just also wanted to say thank you to everyone who complemented me on my Rogue..I am so honored!
Love that pink Lorna's Lace! That will be adorable!
Can't believe it... Audrey is back. Are you liking her any better? I hope things work out, cause you both are so great :) I forgot the color you were working her in... very pretty.
Just sent you an email--hope you had a good weekend.
xoxo

Glad you picked up Audret again! Good for you!
Love the new stash....Lorna's Laces is one of my favorites. I can't wait for S&W either! Should we drive up together? Donna
Oooh pretty pink color. Just right for a baby. :) I like all three of the baby sockies so much. If you ever want to make booties, I made a couple pair with Koigu that turned out so yummy. Check my blog for a picture and the pattern.
Have fun with baby knitting!

I also have a pair of baby socks in my near future. I've never made socks before either...ay ay ay!
I am going with the pattern from Debbie Bliss' Baby Knits for Beginners...I'll let you know how that goes!
Hope Calmer keeps its promises. The Lorna's Laces is beautiful. I like the hugs and kisses pattern with the pink, but they're all pretty darn cute.

That LL is such a beautiful shade of pink. You know it is one of my favorite yarns. That color will be beautiful for a baby girl.
