Interview

These interview questions were from Dear Lauren

What was your favorite past time as a child?
----
Reading, I was a bookworm. I loved to read about history the most.
I also was fanatical about the smurfs, which I have thankfully outgrown.
Not to mention my obsession for DuranDuran...which I have not outgrown.

When did you become a Buddhist? How did your family react?
----
I became a buddhist in 1999. I struggled with faith and christianity all my life...when I read an article on Dharmanet I was hooked. When I am not knitting I am reading tomes on Buddhism. It's given me a different perspective on life, love and a desire to be better, to be less focused on myself.

What is your favorite thing to do with Pixie?
----
Hands down, snuggle. We watch a movie once a week together...snugglin cowgirl time! I just love to hold her...it reminds me of when she was a baby...I only have a little time to do this...so I make the most of it!!!!

What is the best way to spend a Saturday in your opinion?
----
Sitting on the warm beach helping Pixie build a sandcastle....

If money was no problem, how would you spend the rest of your time on this planet?
----
On the beach...Hanging out, watching my little one grow up. Or Living in the desert...in New Mexico. Dry arid...good for the soul.
---end interview---

Next time, a knitting update.
I have some progress to show too... I AM going to make my March Deadline to get Rogue off my plate! Sleeves almost done...then a few rows on the hood.

Happy Easter!
Go bite the head off an innocent chocolate bunny!
Rowr!

Stupid Bloglines never updated for you... I did not know you had a new entry--glad I came to look at a pic from last week! :P Does your Bloglines work for my blog? *curious*

Great interview answers... you were more difficult since I know you pretty well (of course, you can always find out more!)

Hope to see you very soon. xoxox

Hope you and Pixie have a lovely weekend, whether you're celebrating Easter or not! The finishing on Rogue is just as nice as the knitting, so I know you can do it and that you won't get bogged down in endless finishing details. I *love* that pattern. It has spoiled me as far as my expectations of how well other patterns should be written.
